* You keep the full trip price. Our flat monthly fee covers our work on those lines. The extras (delivery, cleaning, gas, tolls) pay for the service delivered to the guest.

Maintenance & repairs

Our mechanical shop and body shop, Road Refined Automotive, are in the same building at 1764 rue Soucy: no towing between garages, so your car gets back on the road faster. Every job is opened in Shopmonkey, our shop software: you get the estimate by text or email, with photos and the mechanic's notes, you approve it online, then you get the final invoice. Routine maintenance happens between trips; any non-urgent work beyond routine maintenance waits for your approval. Amounts are deducted from your payouts.

The terms

Payouts by direct deposit, on completed trips only — 1 car: once a month; 2+ cars: every two weeks; 5+ cars: every week.
No onboarding fee with the 12-month agreement.
You can switch between the flat fee and the 70/30 share once during the 12 months.
Flat fee: the monthly fee is deducted from revenue. If a month doesn't cover it, the balance carries forward: your payout never goes negative.
Gas passed through at cost, no markup.
Tickets and tolls sent to you for a trip: we identify the guest, recover the amount through Turo and refund you, less $5.00 + tax per ticket for the cross-check.
12-month term, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
You stay responsible for registration and maintenance; trips are covered by Turo protection on our account.
